In Processing Welcome Briefing Training Pre-Deployment Deployment Reunion

Deployment

We all know that this step in the process is a stressful and hectic time. For this reason, Family Assistance Centers (FAC) are located nationwide in order to assist you with problems and concerns during deployment. The FACs are available 24 hours a day to provide additional help in the five essential areas:

  • ID cards and Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) enrollment
  • TRICARE and military medical benefits information
  • Emergency financial assistance
  • Legal information and
  • Crisis referral

Family Program office also realizes that your well being can affect your Service Members (SM) ability to focus on their mission. To help ensure that your family is doing all right, the Family Program Office offers 100% contact monthly to you. These well being calls are used to reach out and connect as well as inform you of upcoming activities with your unit or in regards to your SM.
