The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has several important programs to help Guard members, Reservists, and their employers. Its Military Reservist Economic Injury Disaster Loan program helps small businesses meet expenses stemming from the loss of an essential employee. If you are a Guard member or Reservist with a direct or guaranteed loan from the SBA, the SBA may provide you with a loan repayment deferral, interest rate reduction, or other credit/financial assistance.
