As a State Family Program Coordinator (SFPC) you are embarking upon the most challenging and rewarding job you will ever have in the National Guard.
	As a Coordinator, regardless of location, environment, or time of day, you are responsible for ensuring that your commanders, their troops, and their family members including single Guardsmen are prepared for deployment and for the unit’s return from deployment.
