Meet Mr. Alex Baird, Chief, NGB Family Program
As Chief of the Family Program, Mr. Baird is the resident expert on family issues
and program needs. His role includes, but is not limited to, developing and maintaining
contact and liaison with multiple government agencies and civilian organizations
that interact with the National Guard on family and quality-of-life issues. In addition,
he provides technical advice and assistance to NGB officials, the state adjutants
general, and other officials of the states and territories with respect to the development,
interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures relating to family
and quality-of-life issues and programs within the National Guard.
