by the National Guard Bureau’s Family Readiness Program.

The purpose of the course is to help you as a Family
Readiness Coordinator or Volunteer Coordinator to implement a volunteer
program in your state or on your base. If you already have a volunteer
program, hopefully, this course will provide you with ideas for
further improving your program for both you and your volunteers.
