Guard Family Team Building is a specially designed education

and training program for and about the National Guard Community.

The online program modules cover a wide variety of topics most

often requested by families and National Guard leadership. GFTB

is modeled on the successful “Army Family Team Building” program.

However, GFTB has been specifically developed to educate and

empower those within the National Guard Community.

Having a hard time getting along with your child or parent? Wondering why your mood changes or why

you react in certain ways? Discovering your personality type is a significant

foundational element that will provide you with important fundamental knowledge

about yourself. This course will not only help you understand yourself better,

but you will also learn what makes your friends and family ‘tick,’ particularly

during deployment situations.
