Step 1: In Processing

A Communication Foundation

In Processing kicks off your partnership with the National Guard. During In Processing,

each family should be assigned a sponsor. We know that your welfare and well-being

are contributing factors in a Guard Member’s ability to effectively perform their

assigned mission. Whether you are providing your family’s information or receiving

information from your State Family Program Office about upcoming events, In Processing

creates a sturdy base for the Family Program.

You share important contact information by filling out a form of vital family information.

This allows the National Guard to keep you up-to-date with the following:

  • Contact information for your Guard member’s unit
  • Information about Family Readiness Groups (FRGs)/Key Volunteer Programs
  • News about upcoming meetings and activities

For any specific questions, please contact your Family Program Office
